Heyya!! In my latest gaming video, I play a cutesy, critter game called Animal Restaurant. If you haven't noticed by now (from past videos) I love cooking games and of course I love games that debut my feline friends. Ironically, I'm horrified of cats in real life, but alliteration is key here! I'll admit, this is a pretty rushed video I put together last night. Want to know why? Well...I've been without power for 6 days!! Storms are beautiful and always will be the chillest 'mood' type of weather, but mannn can they really cause trouble with enough wind power behind them. Alas, God pulled me through the storm as He always does and restored power to my home (plus He revived my love for reading paperback books and drawing :D.) Verse of the Video"Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes." Matthew 14:19 NKJV Quick Verse RecapJesus ventures out to a deserted place after finding out about the tragic incident of John the Baptist (he's beheaded oof, Matthew 14) and is soon gathered around by a great group of people seeking His healing power and divine presence. When Jesus's disciples suggest they send the people home for dinnertime, Jesus tells everyone to stay put and performs the miracle of feeding over 5,000 people with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish. The verse of the video comes from this spectacular phenomenon when Jesus blesses the bread before His Heavenly Father. :) Chef Cats and Metal ParrotsOverall, I had a great time playing this game, and you might too if you're bored or just appreciate adorable apps. It's one of those games where you can mindlessly progress for hours and get lost into on a dull day after class or cruising in your car. The overall goal of the game is clearly to make moolah as a feline entreprenuer (which is addictive in itself since money making games stretch on forever.) What sold me for sure into the gameplay were the different characters you can unlock such as the rockstar, metal playing birds that bring an entourage of guests in. I recommend this family, friendly game and can happily rate it as a 4/5. All of you lovely Android fans out there can find the link for the game on Google Play here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=droidhang.twgame.restaurant&hl=en_US If you're in the mood for some light-hearted, Christmas gaming, here is my rushed, holiday video below! God bless you and have a very merry day! :) Categories All

1. I am currently a junior majoring in Biblical Studies/Christian Studies. (Getting my accelerated bachelor+master degree in fact! 2. I used to bash DPS mains on Overwatch and now all I ever do is spam Pharah or Symmetra. 3. Overwatch is one of the only games I feel comfortable streaming in all honesty. It's all I really play too. Funny enough, it's nowhere near in my top favorite games list. 4. I prefer writing over talking. Unless I'm talking with someone I love. 5. I'm extremely fickle. One day I'm up, another I'm upside down. Even I get on my own nerves. One thing that faithfully never changes is my love for God. 💖 Just a random post here to help me open up a bit more! Feel welcome to check out my latest Overwatch video too, if you want a quick Bible Study session on Ruth+ me babbeling. (I really talk about Overwatch a lot!) World Lion Day & Starving FamiliesHey😊👋 I want to take some time in my Journal for Christ to begin raising awareness for charities, people in need, and matters dedicated towards nurturing this beautiful Earth as a whole. As a follower of Christ, it's my personal responsibility to not only love the living beings of this world, but to care for them as I care for myself. Jesus said to him, “ ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ To do just that, I will consistently try to make more of an effort to post about charities and organizations in urgent need of aid, volunteering, financial support, etc. For this journal post, I'll be focusing on 2 organizations needing donations ❤ 1. National Geographic - World Lion Day (August 10)National Geographic is in need of donations to help with conservation efforts for lions. The disappearance of lion populations has significantly increased over the years. Poaching and loss of habitat among other critical risk factors are sadly destroying the lives of one of the most popular and beloved species of animals. Read more facts about lion disappearances here: "Where lions once ruled, they are now quietly disappearing" Fortunately, National Geographic is working hard to fund, develop, and maintain conservation resources for these awesome cats! You can donate here: Humanity naturally has dominion over animals, plants, and the overall Earth. Those put in charge of a life should never abuse that power to cause misery but instead should lead with kindness and care. Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 2. Christian Appalachian Project- CAP 2020 Hunger WalkMore importantly, the Christian Appalachian Project based in Kentucky is always looking for donations to feed the starving families of Appalachia. There is a great catastrophe of hunger walking amongst the children and families there who need immediate financial support. I personally can't stand it when my mother goes on strike from cooking, and am super quick to dial up Uber Eats to sate my hunger attitude! Even then, I'm blessed to have that opportunity. I couldn't imagine going to bed and wondering what I was possibly going to eat the next day. Please consider donating to this generous charity here: You can also sign up for their annual CAP Hunger Walk (virtually this time) for the upcoming Hunger Awareness Month here: https://caphungerwalk2020.itemorder.com/sale No person should have to live in a world hungry, cold, or alone. That is why Jesus tells us to love one another. Feeding, clothing, and providing for His children and people is equal to doing so for Him. I'm praying you can find it in your heart to be a more cheerful giver and bless the world. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’ Heavenly StorybookHey 👋!! I guess I should have taken the time before to mention that I'm a published children's author and illustrator. As a matter of fact, I have 8 published books out already and am always working on new ideas to add even more to my collection. I'm currently working on my first game book, so I'm pretty busy along with starting school again in a few weeks. Alas, I'll have more details on that soon. Anyhow, if you're interested in any of my books and art, you can visit my website, Heavenly Storybook, for more details!! Oh and all of my stories are Christian based too. Happy reading 😄 https://heavenlystorybook.weebly.com |
